At Dance Evolution, our goal is to provide a positive, professional, and inspiring environment where every dancer has the opportunity to grow. The following studio expectations help us create the best possible experience for all students and families.
Attendance & Punctuality
Regular attendance and arriving on time are essential to a dancer’s success. Students should arrive a few minutes before class begins, dressed and ready to dance. Consistent attendance allows dancers to build confidence, develop proper technique, and progress safely.
Respect & Studio Etiquette
Dance Evolution is committed to fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and professionalism. Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, fellow dancers, and the studio facility with courtesy and respect at all times.
Parent Observation
To provide the best learning environment and minimize distractions, parents and spectators are not permitted inside the studios during class.
Tuition & Registration
Tuition is processed through automatic monthly payments. Additional details regarding tuition, withdrawals, and billing policies are outlined in our Registration Agreement via your Parent Portal
Communication
Studio announcements and important updates will be communicated through email and other official Dance Evolution communication channels. Families are responsible for keeping their contact information current and reviewing studio communications regularly.
