Evolution Tap Project is an educational and technique based program that is designed to expand the knowledge and experiences of those dancers who love the art of tap dance. Malana is committed to sharing her knowledge and to bringing in outstanding guest artists while providing opportunities for tap dancers in our metroplex and beyond.

WHAT IS THE EVOLUTION OF
TAP PROJECT?
ETP members will have the opportunities to:
- Study tap history and connect with current tap masters
- Explore music theory and its application to rhythm and percussion
- Work directly with live musicians
- Develop improvisation skills and confidence
- Participate in guest artist workshops
- Attend tap jams and improvisation sessions
- Perform at the RIFF Dallas Tap Festival
- Build relationships within the local and national tap community
