Owner / Performing Company Director

Nick Gomez

Nick Gomez is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Dance Evolution and a Dallas native who is an accomplished educator, choreographer, and mentor with an extensive background in dance. A graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, Nick began his collegiate dance training at Point Park University before pursuing his professional career full-time.

Throughout his career, Nick has traveled across the United States as a teacher, assistant, and adjudicator for some of the industry's most respected dance conventions, including Dupree Dance Convention, Adrenaline Dance Convention, and 24 Seven Dance Convention. Widely recognized for his innovative choreography and technical excellence, Nick has received numerous regional and national choreography honors, including the Outstanding Choreographer Award at YAGP and recognition as a finalist for Best Choreographer at The Dance Awards. His dedication to developing exceptional artists has guided dancers to acceptance into some of the nation's most prestigious collegiate dance programs, including the Juilliard School, the University of Southern California, New York University, SUNY Purchase College Conservatory of Dance, the University of Arizona, Chapman University, and many others. He has also worked extensively with high school and collegiate dance teams throughout the NDA and UDA circuit, helping dancers refine their technique and prepare for elite performance opportunities.

In 2013, Nick was recognized nationally as both an Award Winner and Finalist in Jazz and Tap during National YoungArts Foundation Week, one of the country's most prestigious honors for emerging artists.

As a performer, Nick has shared the stage with artists including Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, and the Jonas Brothers during Dallas Cowboys halftime productions. He has also performed under the direction of Christopher Gattelli, Tony Award-winning choreographer of *Newsies*, at the prestigious Fred & Adele Astaire Awards in New York City.

Known for his passion, technical precision, and ability to inspire dancers to reach their fullest potential, Nick continues to shape the next generation of artists through exceptional training, meaningful mentorship, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Amanda Knecht Gomez

Amanda Knecht Gomez is the Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Dance Evolution and a dedicated dance educator committed to developing strong, healthy, and technically exceptional dancers. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Arizona, where she received comprehensive training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, choreography, and dance pedagogy.

In addition to her dance education, Amanda is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with more than five years of experience specializing in strength and conditioning, functional movement, injury prevention, alignment, and dancer wellness. She is passionate about helping dancers build the strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness necessary to maximize performance while promoting longevity and reducing the risk of injury.

Amanda seamlessly integrates Pilates principles and evidence-based conditioning into her dance instruction, creating intelligent training programs that improve technique, power, balance, coordination, and overall athleticism. Her approach emphasizes not only how dancers move, but how they can move more efficiently, safely, and with greater confidence.

Amanda is committed to providing dancers with a comprehensive training experience that develops the whole athlete. Through purposeful movement education, elite conditioning, and a supportive environment, she empowers dancers to build lasting strength, confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of movement.

Tap Director

Malana Murphy

Teacher/Creator/Producer, Malana Murphy has been an educator in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for over 35 years and has received The Tap Legend award from the Dance Council of North Texas and the Mentorship Award from Syncopate Tap Company. A proud alumna of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, Malana has come full circle where she created a tap program from 2017–2024. Her credits also include choreographer for numerous tap programs across the country, master class teacher, and the director of a tap program that won National Tap Studio of the Year, twice.

As the founder and producer of RIFF Dallas Tap Festival, created in 2014, Malana has brought more than 100 professional tap artists to Dallas, sharing the highest level of tap dance education with students and audiences each year. She is deeply committed to educating young dancers, preserving the traditions of the past, and challenging the next generation of tap dancers to continue the legacy of this innovative African American art form.

Malana is also the creator of The Woodshed Experience, a mentorship-based retreat in the Rocky Mountains where select students study the paths of their mentors while discovering their own voices as tap dancers. Most recently, she created MiNi Shed Tap Camp, a mountain-based camp experience for young tap dancers that combines expert instruction, mentorship, creativity, community, and the grounding power of nature.

Malana will also return to SMU in 2027 to re-establish a tap program within their department of dance. Her love for tap dance continues to inspire her work locally and abroad as she shares her passion, knowledge, and belief in the power of rhythm.

Performing Company Ballet Instructor

Olja Dukic

Olja Dukic is a ballet educator, choreographer, and former professional ballerina with an extensive international performing career spanning more than a decade.

Born in Belgrade, Serbia, Olja graduated from the prestigious Ballet School "Lujo Davičo," where she completed her professional ballet training under the renowned Vaganova methodology. She further refined her artistry through international ballet seminars in Varna, Bulgaria.

In 2016, she was honored to perform at the Gala Performance of the Mia Čorak Slavenska International Ballet Competition in Zagreb, Croatia.
From 2011 to 2023, Olja was a professional dancer with the Ballet of the National Theatre in Belgrade, one of the leading ballet companies in Southeast Europe. Throughout her career, she performed extensively both nationally and internationally, appearing in productions and tours across Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Hungary, Croatia, North Macedonia, and Ecuador.

Her repertoire includes acclaimed classical and contemporary works such as Swan Lake, La Bayadère, The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, Coppélia, Don Quixote, Giselle, Lady of the Camellias, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Carmina Burana, Alexander, and The Seven Deadly Sins, as well as a wide range of opera productions at the National Theatre.
During the 2017–2018 season, Olja joined the National Ballet of Ecuador as First Soloist, performing leading and soloist roles while training under distinguished Cuban ballet masters. Her featured repertoire included Kitri in Don Quixote, the Snow Queen in The Nutcracker, and the Arabian Dance.

Olja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy from the University of Belgrade, providing her with a strong academic foundation in child development, learning theory, and educational practice.

In 2020 and 2021, she served as the Artistic Director of the Belgrade Summer Ballet Seminar, leading artistic programming and coordinating faculty and training opportunities for aspiring young dancers.

Since relocating to Dallas in 2023, Olja has continued her career as a ballet educator and choreographer.

Her teaching philosophy combines the discipline and artistry of the Vaganova tradition, the strength of Cuban ballet training, and the insight gained from years of professional performance on international stages. Drawing from both her performance career and academic background in pedagogy, she is passionate about inspiring young dancers to pursue excellence while developing confidence, discipline, artistry, and a lifelong love for ballet.

Randol Betancourt

Randol Betancourt began his formal ballet training at the Escuela Vocacional de Arte Raúl Gómez García in Holguín, Cuba. After five years of rigorous artistic formation, he was selected to continue his studies at the prestigious National Ballet School of Cuba, where he completed the final three years of his professional training. Upon graduation, Randol received a direct contract as a Soloist with Joburg Ballet in South Africa. During his four years with the company, he performed leading roles in major classical productions including Don Quixote, Le Corsaire, Coppélia, The Nutcracker, Giselle, and Swan Lake. His powerful technique, refined Cuban training, and strong stage presence distinguished him as a principal interpreter of the classical repertoire. He later joined the National Ballet of Ecuador as a Principal Dancer, where he spent three years performing both classical and contemporary works. His repertoire expanded to include leading roles in Carmen and numerous other full-length ballets and contemporary productions. Randol continued his international career as a First Soloist with the National Ballet of Belgrade in Serbia, where he danced for five seasons. There, he performed principal roles in Le Corsaire, Giselle, Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and a wide range of classical and contemporary works, solidifying his reputation as a versatile and expressive artist on the European stage. He retired from professional performance at the age of 30 after a distinguished international career. In addition to his performing career, Randol has been dedicated to teaching since the age of 20, accumulating over 13 years of pedagogical experience. For the past three years, he has taught in Dallas, Texas, where he has continued to mentor and inspire the next generation of dancers while sharing the discipline, artistry, and methodology of the Cuban ballet tradition. Randol is so excited to join the Dance Evolution staff and be part of this exciting new chapter.

Tyra Thompson

Tyra Thompson brings an extensive background in competitive, collegiate, and professional dance to Dance Evolution. After training as a competitive studio dancer for 16 years, Tyra continued her career as a member and captain of the Grand Canyon University Dance Team, helping lead the program to three UDA Gameday National Championships.

Her experience spans both performance and leadership, serving as a former high school pom coach where she led her program to a State Gameday Championship. Professionally, Tyra has performed as both a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader and Laker Girl while continuing to establish herself as a college and professional pom choreographer.

With experience across competitive dance, collegiate athletics, professional performance, and choreography, Tyra brings a high level of versatility, leadership, and industry experience to the next generation of dancers.

Carrie Sellars

With 20+ years of experience Carrie has made her mark in the dance industry. She is driven to inspire, motivate and leave her students with an experience that not only helps them grow as dancers, but humans as well. Her students have gone on to dance professionally and be a part of college dance team programs across the country. She was on staff for Starmakers Dance Camps transitioning her more into the all-star dance and drill team industry. Carrie worked for Spirit of America Productions for 15 years starting as a chaperone all the way to choreography for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Residing in Dallas, she is the a lead instructor at Class Studios. At Class she oversees training and development of instructors for their musically driven mat-based format Sculpt. She is currently serving as a lululemon Ambassador for Dallas/Forth Worth. In 2023, Carrie co-founded a choreography collaboration company with Kali Boyd; CXK Collab. She is sought out to help dancers build strong foundations and develop the proper technique for their chosen style of dance. She has been on staff with Crowd Pleasers Dance as a Master Instructor since 2017 and is on faculty for Elevation On Tour. In 2019, Carrie was chosen to be the TDEA All-State Dance Team Choreographer. Choreography credits include, Kilgore College Rangerettes, Dallas Stars Ice Girls, SMU Pom, Elevation On Tour, and numerous high schools and colleges across the country.
Acro Instructor

Kennedy Lademan

With a unique background spanning competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance, Kennedy brings a dynamic and well-rounded approach to acro training at Dance Evolution.

A former competitive gymnast for 15 years, Kennedy competed through Level 9 and earned numerous State and Regional Championship titles throughout her career, including multiple All-Around, Beam, Floor, and Bars Championships earning perfect 10.0 scores. She also had the opportunity to train under world-renowned gymnast Kurt Thomas, helping shape the strong technical foundation she now passes on to her students.
Kennedy spent four years coaching at Kurt Thomas Gymnastics, where she worked with athletes ages 3-13 in both recreational and competitive programs. Her coaching experience includes Levels 1-5 recreational gymnastics, Levels 1-4 team athletes, and assisting with the gym's special needs gymnastics program.

In addition to gymnastics, Kennedy was a member of the Reedy High School Varsity Cheer Team, serving as both a flyer and tumbler while performing at various events and camps throughout the community. She has also trained competitively in dance for more than a decade, giving her a unique perspective on how acro technique directly enhances a dancer's performance.

Kennedy is passionate about helping dancers build safe, strong, and technically sound acro skills. She believes that gymnastics develops the strength, flexibility, body awareness, and technical foundation necessary for success, while dance adds artistry, musicality, and performance quality. Her goal is to help every dancer become a more confident, versatile, and well-rounded performer both in the studio and on stage.

Maria Golici

Maria Golici is a professional dancer, choreographer, and instructor. Born in Romania and raised in Dallas, Texas, Maria attended the prestigious Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. Upon graduation, she continued her training at the Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College, SUNY, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. During her time in university, Maria studied for a semester at the Taipei National University of the Arts in Taiwan. This experience shaped her in many ways and is by far one of her favorite memories to look back on. Maria has trained with and performed works by industry professionals such as Aszure Barton, Pilobolus, Victor Quijada, Jie-Hung Connie Shiau, and more. Aside from performing, she takes pride in teaching students through various schools and foundations. Outside of the studio, Maria is a lover of coffee and all things creative; a good movie and a diy will keep her busy for days. She is excited to continue growing her artistic expression.
Teacher in Residence

Michele Gifford

Michele grew up in Dallas, Texas. She began her training with Ann Etgen and Bill Atkinson at the Dallas Metropolitan Ballet. At the age of sixteen she moved to New York City to attend the School of American Ballet on full scholarship. Two years later, she became a member of the New York City Ballet. In her twelve year career at New York City Ballet, Michele had the opportunity to perform many soloist and principal roles including: Balanchine’s “Apollo”,” Rubies”, “Agon”, “Symphony in Three Movements”,” A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, “Stars and Stripes” to name a few. Michele also originated many roles including Jerome Robbins’ “West Side Story Suite”, Peter Martins’” Echo”, Christopher Wheeldons’” Slavonic Dances”, and David Parsons’ Touch”. In 2000, Michele joined Texas Ballet Theater under Ben Stevenson. While at TBT, she performed several principal roles including Ben Stevenson’s “Copellia”, “Four Last Songs”,” Dracula”, and “Peer Gynt” along with Balanchine’s “Allegro Brilliante” and “The Four Temperaments”. Michele has also made several guest artist appearances including “Tchaikovsky pas de Deux”, “Who Cares”, “Barber Violin Concerto”,” Carmina Burana”, “Rubies” later joining Bruce Wood Dance Company where she was also Company Manager.

Michele has taught throughout the country including Ballet West, Boston Ballet, Next Generation Ballet, Mejia International Ballet, and Indiana University to name a few. Besides teaching, Michele is a Repetiteur for the Balanchine Trust as well as renown choreographer, Christopher Wheeldon. Throughout her 29-year performing career she has taught and owned her own Gyrotonic studio, Studio G, passing on her knowledge of movement to people from all walks of life. Most recently Michele has taken on the prestigious position of Assistant Rehearsal Director at Ballet West under Artistic Director, Adam Sklute. Michele’s passion doesn’t stop in the ballet studio or Gyrotonic studio but continues at home with her two children, Ryan and Morgan.

Elliot Ludovic

Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Elliott Ludovic Trahan began formal dance training at the age of six. Upon graduating from St. Thomas More High School where he was a part of the Sparklers Dance Team and receiving the fine arts award, he attended the University of Arizona School of Dance, graduating in 2019. During this time, Elliott performed nationally and internationally, participating in the Dumbo Dance Festival, the Kiel International Festival for Dance in Germany and the Bolzano Dansa International Dance Festival in Italy.

Elliott also performed with Hawkinsdance during the company's residency with the Tucson Museum of Art.

Upon graduating, they joined Bruce Wood Dance Dallas in August of 2019, performing works by Bruce Wood, Jiri Kylián, Twyla Tharp, Joy Bollinger, and more.

Elliott currently lives in Dallas, TX, where he completed seven seasons performing and choreographing for Bruce Wood Dance Dallas. Works he's choreographed were performed in the company's Woodshed program, the Fort Worth Dance Festival, Breaking Ground Dance Festival, Agora Artist's Seeds program. Elliott has a passion for visual and performing arts, and can't wait to further his choreographic and performance career.

Tim Fox

Tim Fox is an internationally respected ballet artist, educator, and former principal dancer whose distinguished career has spanned some of the world's most prestigious ballet institutions.

Mr. Fox began his training in Tulsa, Oklahoma under the legendary Moscelyne Larkin and Roman Jasinski, founders of Tulsa Ballet, where he later became a Principal Dancer with the company. He continued his training in New York City at both the School of American Ballet (SAB) and the American Ballet Theatre School on a Ford Foundation Scholarship.

He performed with the New York City Ballet under the artistic direction of George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, and Peter Martins, before joining the San Francisco Ballet as a Principal Dancer under Helgi Tomasson. Throughout his celebrated performing career, Mr. Fox earned a reputation for exceptional artistry, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of classical ballet.

Angie Lawrence

With more than 30 years in the dance industry, Angie Lawrence has dedicated her career to inspiring dancers, developing educators, and creating exceptional experiences both on and off the stage. A former competitive dancer and award-winning performer, Angie was named Female Dancer of the Year by LA Underground/Starlight Productions and was selected for the prestigious Elite Scholarship Program at Tremaine Dance Center in North Hollywood, California.

Angie owned and directed Doubletake Dance Studio in Texas for 25 years, where she built one of the region’s respected competitive programs while producing large-scale performances, mentoring dancers of all ages, and leading a successful staff. Since selling her studio, she has continued to share her passion for dance by traveling throughout the country as a judge, educator, and industry professional.

She currently serves as a judge for Imagine Dance Challenge and CRU Dance, is the studio liaison for Legacy Dance Championships, and serves as Librarian for the Southwest Committee of the Cecchetti Council of America. Angie is also the longtime choreographer and backstage manager for the Miss Tennessee Volunteer and Teen Volunteer Pageants, where she has helped coordinate seamless productions for thousands of audience members.

An Associate Member of the Cecchetti Council of America, Angie remains committed to lifelong learning through continued training and professional development. Known for her encouraging approach, keen eye for technique, and genuine passion for helping dancers grow, she is excited to share her knowledge and experience with the next generation of artists.

Christina Meyers

Christina Meyers is the owner of Intrinsic Physical Therapy & Pilates and has spent more than 25 years helping people move with greater strength, confidence, and resilience. A former professional dancer, licensed Physical Therapist, nationally certified Pilates instructor, and dance medicine specialist, she is passionate about helping dancers stay healthy, perform at their best, and enjoy long, injury-free careers.

Drawing from her unique background as both a dancer and healthcare professional, Christina has worked with dancers of all ages and levels, helping them recover from injuries, improve technique through better movement mechanics, and build the strength, stability, and body awareness needed for the physical demands of dance.

Known for her engaging teaching style, Christina believes that understanding your body is one of the most powerful tools a dancer can have. Her workshops combine practical anatomy, movement demonstrations, and evidence-based injury prevention strategies that dancers can immediately apply in class, rehearsals, and performances.

Her goal is simple: to help every dancer move smarter, stay healthier, and continue doing what they love.

Kristal Dannenmueller

Kristal has an eclectic background including competitive dancer, choreographer, professional cheerleader, show girl, magician's assistant, background dancer/singer, fitness instructor, special education teacher, book consultant and director of both competitive and professional teams. For 45+ years Kristal has studied dance, nutrition and fitness and is a self proclaimed

"forever student" dedicated to bringing the most up to date training and knowledge to her students. She emphasizes the union of health and longevity with passion and artistry.

Kristal is a born and raised Texan and award winning dancer who performed on Cartoon Clubhouse as well as other PBS shows in her youth. Later she had the opportunity to travel and visit many dream destinations to expand her knowledge. In Hawaii she performed in the Legends In Concert Show. In California she worked with the San Diego City Dance Company while also teaching at a Special Needs Academy. This is also where she began her fitness journey teaching Cardio Kickboxing and Powerflex among other things. In Colorado, while directing a competitive team, Kristal spent one year as dancer and three years as director of the Colorado Rapids MLS Co-Ed cheer team as well as choreographing and performing in the Depth of Illusion magic show. Kristal was honored to work alongside the National Guard for four years in their Red Ribbon Week campaign and consult on two Snap Book for teen cheerleading.

Kristal then moved back to Texas to raise her family, expand her understanding of the body through Yoga and The Bar Method and continue to give back to her community and the next generation of dancers.

Kristianne Green

Kristianne Green is a highly respected ballet educator, choreographer, and former professional dancer with more than 30 years of experience training dancers of all ages and levels. Classically trained under Tanju and Patricia Tuzer, she earned scholarships from the prestigious Houston Ballet Academy, Joffrey Ballet, and San Francisco Ballet before performing professionally with renowned companies including Center Dance Ensemble, Scorpio Dance Theater, Tribe Light Bizarre, and Dance Consortium.

Throughout her career, Kristianne has served as a Ballet Mistress, Dance Director, studio leader, master teacher, and choreographer, teaching throughout Texas and across the United States. Her passion for developing technically strong, confident dancers has made her one of the area's most respected ballet educators.
In addition to her extensive teaching career, Kristianne has appeared in feature films including Anastasia and Tank Girl, performed industrial and commercial work, and taught master classes throughout the United States and Canada. Her wealth of professional experience, dedication to classical ballet, and commitment to mentoring the next generation of artists make her an incredible addition to the Dance Evolution faculty.

Jenny Durbin Smith

Jenny Durbin Smith is a nationally recognized, award-winning choreographer, creative director, and educator whose work spans professional sports, commercial entertainment, and emerging technology. Known for her dynamic style and industry influence, she continues to shape the evolving landscape of dance both on stage and on screen.

She is the director and head choreographer of the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue, the NFL’s first co-ed hip hop crew, as well as the Dallas Cowboys Rookie Squad and the nationally acclaimed The Officials dance crew. Her leadership has helped redefine performance standards within professional sports entertainment while developing the next generation of elite dancers.

Jenny’s choreography has been featured across major platforms including America’s Got Talent, MTV, Queen of the South, NFL Pro Bowl, Monday Night Football, and Oprah’s Vision Tour. She has also contributed to national campaigns and live productions for brands such as Hasbro, Mary Kay, and Nike.

Expanding into the future of digital performance, Jenny choreographed for a groundbreaking visual album for Kacey Musgraves, merging dance with immersive technology and redefining how movement is experienced across platforms.

A respected voice in adjudication and education, Jenny serves as a panel director and judge for premier international events including The Dance Worlds, ICU, UDA & NDA College Nationals and is a Varsity Spirit Master Instructor and choreographer. She has contributed to hip hop scoring systems and judging education, helping elevate the standard and clarity of evaluation within the sport.

Jenny trained at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a member of nationally recognized cheer and dance teams and went on to perform professionally as a member and captain of the Dallas Mavericks Dancers. Her performance and choreography credits span television, film, commercial campaigns, and live events across the country.

Passionate about developing artists and advancing the industry, Jenny continues to mentor dancers at all levels while pushing the boundaries of performance, storytelling, and innovation in dance.

Performing Company Ballet Instructor

Shawn Stevens

Shawn Stevens is originally from Houston, Texas. At age 14, she attended Walnut Hill School of Performing Arts under the direction of Sydelle Gomberg. She continued her training at the School of American Ballet. In 1982, she was chosen by George Balanchine to join the ‪New York City Ballet (NYCB). During her time with the company, she performed principal roles in Balanchine's ballets, including Symphony in Three Movements, The Four Temperaments, and Symphony in C. She also danced in the original cast and performed principal roles in Brahms/Handel, choreographed by Twyla Tharp and Jerome Robbins. ‬‬‬‬‬‬ Stevens has worked with many other choreographers, such as Peter Martins, William Forsythe, Edward Villella, Ib Andersen, and Joseph Duell. During the 10 years she performed with NYCB, she danced in the TV programs Live from ‪Lincoln Center with NYCB and Dance in America. She has also appeared as a principal dancer with the New York City Opera in Cinderella. In 1991, Stevens joined Twyla Tharp Dance, where she performed for five years. With Tharp's company, she performed repertoire works as well as new works as a principal. She was asked to dance in the Cutting Up tour with Tharp and Mikhail Baryshnikov. Stevens’ film credits include I'll Do Anything and In the Upper Room, both choreographed by Tharp. Stevens was personally invited to perform in Tharp’s hit Broadway musical Movin' Out. She has been teaching ballet at several schools, universities, and companies throughout the United States. She is approved by The George Balanchine Trust to restage George Balanchine works and also stages works by Tharp through the Twyla Tharp Dance Foundation.

Addie Mendolia

Addie is a tap dancer/instructor based in New York City, who trained under Malana Murphy.

Addie's love of tap was displayed as a member of multiple youth companies, including Rhythmic Souls Tap company and Hyperfeet Youth Tap Ensemble. Once she graduated high school, she moved to New York City in order to further her preprofessional training, and performed at the Steps Beyond Foundation as well as in a production at the Arts on Cite theater produced by Derick Grant. She is also an alumni of the School at Jacobs Pillow class of 2021 and 2023, and has been an intern at RIFF Dallas and MiniShed tap camp. Addie is a recent graduate of the University of North Texas and is excited to be a part of Dance Evolution.

Jeremy Green

Creative Director and Choreographer Jeremy Green has had a transformative impact on the careers of aspiring performers, helping young people become stars and revitalize their potential.

With a career spanning over 14 years, Green has worked with notable artists such as Latto, Lil Baby, Cardi B, Offset, and 4batz.

His credits extend to theatrical and television projects, including Kennedy Center Honors, Coming 2 America 2, Uncle Drew, the BET Awards, MTV Awards, MTV EMAs, and the BET Hip-Hop Awards.

Most recently, he creatively directed the 4Batz Thank You, Jada Tour, which has received rave reviews and Billboard recognition.

In 2015, Green launched the pioneering training program Behind the Movement, which has since revolutionized dance training by providing dancers with a real-world experience parallel to on-the-job training. This program has transformed the lives of countless individuals, empowering them to reach their fullest potential and embark on successful careers in the entertainment industry. Many of his students have gone on to work with the world's biggest stars, showcasing the impact of his teaching and mentorship. Green has equipped dancers with the necessary tools to build lucrative careers, not merely as backup dancers, but as stars in their own right.

In 2023, he established Behind the Movement Project, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and cultivating the talents of youth and young adults through professional -level performance training and dance instruction. His dedication to uplifting young Black men is evident in his creation of the annual showcase Dear, Black Boy. This initiative highlights the journeys of young Black men from humble beginnings to finding success and purpose, showcasing their transition into stardom.

Through his work, Jeremy Green has profoundly influenced the entertainment industry, making an indelible mark on the lives and careers of emerging artists.

Ballet Instructor

Kelly Gleason

Kelly Gleason is a Dallas/Fort Worth native and a professional dancer with Avant Chamber Ballet. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Ballet with an Outside Field in Business from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where she trained under Sarah Wroth, Michael Vernon, Kyra Nichols, Carla Körbes, Glenda Lucena, Sasha Janes, and Christian Claessens.

While at Indiana University, Kelly performed principal and soloist roles in Heatscape by Justin Peck, Le Jeune by Lauren Lovette, Ballad Unto by Dwight Rhoden, Silence by Ken Ossola, and several original works by Sasha Janes. She also spent summers studying at San Francisco Ballet School, Ballet West Academy, American Ballet Theatre School, and Ellison Ballet.

In 2025, Kelly joined Avant Chamber Ballet as an apprentice. During her first professional season, she performed George Balanchine's Valse Fantaisie alongside a diverse repertoire of classical and neoclassical works.

When she is not dancing or teaching, Kelly works in Business Intelligence as a Data Analyst. She is excited to join the faculty at Dance Evolution and share her passion for ballet with the next generation of dancers.

The Officials Assistant Director & Hip Hop Instructor

Skylar Allen

Skylar Allen brings a strong background in competitive and professional dance to Dance Evolution. Since graduating high school in 2022, she has pursued a career in professional sports entertainment while teaching and mentoring dancers of all ages, sharing her passion for performance, leadership, and education.
Skylar currently serves as the Assistant Director of The Officials, where she has helped develop young dancers through hip hop training and leadership opportunities since August 2022. She is also currently auditioning for her fourth season with the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue, after serving as Co-Captain during the 2025–2026 season.
Skylar earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas in May 2026.

Ryan McBride

Ryan McBride is a Richardson, Texas native and a professional dancer and instructor with a lifelong passion for dance. He is currently in his fifth season as a member of the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue Professional Dance Team. Ryan trained and competed in dance for eight years and has spent the past three years sharing his experience and passion with the next generation as a dance educator. He is excited to begin his first season on faculty at Dance Evolution.

Kaitlyn Bradham

Kaitlyn Bradham was born and raised in El Paso, TX where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at El Paso. As a member and captain of the UTEP Dance Team, she helped lead her team to the program’s first ever national championship in D1A Spirit Rally at NDA Nationals in 2023.

With experience in collegiate pom, hip hop, and gameday, Kaitlyn also studied hip hop and contemporary at Urban Movement Dance Academy where she also taught strength/conditioning and jazz technique. She has taught throughout the El Paso region from middle to high school dance teams, providing a deeper understanding of anatomy/biomechanics in a fun and dance-specific format that transfers across all levels and genres. Her 5+ years of teaching show her dedication to helping others and is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for all students.

Kaitlyn is currently entering her second season with the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm & Blue Dancers where she was named “Rookie of the Year” after her first official year moving to Dallas, TX. Passionate about continuing her dance journey, she continues to train throughout DFW and is excited to share her knowledge amongst any student who steps into class and helps them grow with confidence, patience and a love for dance.

Valkary

Valkary is a movement artist and creative dancer specializing in hip hop and popping. With over 20 years in the dance industry, she has won 25+ dance competitions and worked with major brands and artists. A staple in the Dallas dance community, she shares her knowledge through teaching and coaching while continuing to expand her artistry and creative direction.

Peyton

Peyton grew up dancing competitively in Charlottesville, Virginia. She later majored in dance at the University of Alabama, where she also became a member of the Alabama Dance Team. The team performed at various events, including football and basketball games, and competed at UDA Nationals in D1A hip hop and jazz. During her junior and senior years, Peyton held the positions of co-captain and captain and helped lead her team to top 10 placements in both styles.

After college, Peyton joined the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue dancers, representing the first coed dance team in the NFL. Over her six years with DCRB, she served three terms as a captain and performed at over forty cowboys games. Her team showcased at World of Dance Dallas, competed and placed top 4 at World of Dance Chicago, and showcased at Kaos Dallas. Peyton continues to be an All Star for the DCRB and currently serves as an assistant director for the Officials. She is incredibly grateful to be able to work with so many talented kids and is excited to continue sharing her passion.
